WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Residential clients can be billed on a monthly or weekly basis, or the cleaners can be paid at the conclusion of each visit. It is entirely up to the customer to
decide what suits them and their circumstances best. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
WHAT IS YOUR STAFF LIKE?
We do not experience high turnover with our staff. A Best Friend believes that hiring the right people makes all the difference and is paramount to our mission and
success with our clients. Our staff and contractors are excited by our highly participative environment. We prefer to keep the same staff in place in order to build a
wonderful rapport with each client.
HOW MUCH DO YOU PAY YOUR STAFF?
Our staff is well-paid in excess of the minimum wage, and are also reimbursed for traveling time. The actual rate varies according to the area in which they are employed, the time of day or night they work, and the type of job they are doing.
WHAT ABOUT MY PETS?
Pets are secure and allowed their normal access while we are in your home. Our cleaners are quite happy to work around both dogs and cats.
