GATHERING AS GOD'S PEOPLE:
--Acknowledgement of the
Territory:
We acknowledge that this land on which we live and worship has been
cared for since time immemorial. We acknowledge those who were stewards
of the land before our ancestors came. We thank the Algonquin, also
known as the Attawandaron, Anishnaabe, Haudenosaunee, Leni-Lunaape and
Wendat people for the blessing of sharing this land. With open
hearts we commit ourselves to living into right relations with love and
respect for all.

--Opening prayer and the Lord's prayer
The Lord's Prayer:
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy
name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done on earth, as it is
in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us
our trespasses, as we forgive those that trespass against us. And
lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For thine is
the kingdom, the power and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen.
